  • EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK ITINERARY:-
  • PRICE IN PERSON 90,000 INR ONLY.
  • FOR GROUP GROUP SIZE 24 PERSON.
  • THE BEST SEASON FOR THIS TREK IS DECEMBER TO APRIL.
  • (B, L, D) means – Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
  • Day 01 – Arrival in Kathmandu (13,45m) at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA). pick up by our
    office representative, transfer you to your hotel, evening brief you about your trip, Overnight at a
    hotel in Kathmandu. 
  • Day 02 – After breakfast guided sightseeing of Kathmandu valley UNESCO world heritage sites: –
    Monkey Temple, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple & Bouddhanath Stupa evening get
    preparation for trek, Overnight at Hotel in Kathmandu (B) 
  • Day 03 – Fly (40min) to Lukla (2,840m) by morning flight, then commence trek to Phakding (2,610m)
    – 3 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse. (B, L, D) 
  • Day 04 – Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,441m) – 5.5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse.(B,L,D) 
  • Day 05 – Namche Bazaar / Acclimatization day(Our guide will take you to explore around the nearest
    – villages or hike up to Syangboche Everest View hotel for a couple of hours to resist your body with
    – high elevation). Overnight at a guesthouse. (B, L, D) 
  • Day 06 – Trek to the Tengboche Monastery (3,860m) – 5 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse. (B, L, D)
  • Day 07 – Trek to Dingboche (4,400 m) – 6 hrs. Overnight at a guesthouse. (B, L, D)
  • Day 08 – Acclimatization day in Dingboche (Day trip to Chhukung) back to same tea house/- guesthouse. (B, L, D)
  • Day 09 -Trek to Lobuche (4900m) overnight at guesthouse. (B, L, D)
  • Day 10 – Trek to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base camp (5363m) overnight at guest house 6hrs
    – (B, L, D)
  • Day 11 – Morning hike to Kallapathar (5,545m) to see Mountain View and sunrise then trek down to
    – Pheriche (4,200m) overnight at guest house – 7hrs(B, L, D)
  • Day 12 – Trek down to Namche Bazaar (3,540m) overnight at guest house – 6hrs (B, L, D)
  • Day 13 – Trek to Lukla (2840m) overnight at guest house – 3hrs (B, L, D)
  • Day 14 – Fly back to Kathmandu (B,D)
  • Day 15 – Final departure to your onward destination or additional trip.. (B)
  • Service/Cost does include:  International & Domestic airport pick up & drop by private transport.  Domestic flight tickets + Airport taxes for both ways (Kathmandu to Lukla and Lukla to
    – Kathmandu)  Guided tour in Kathmandu (Private car + tour Guide) 3-night standard accommodation on B/B plan at Hotel Nepalaya or similar category in
    Kathmandu
     Guide during the trek (his salary, food, insurance, accommodation, Our Company Sherpa
    guide Kathmandu/ Lukla their flight tickets)  Your food 3 meals a day (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) during the trek in the guest houses.  Porters (their salary food, insurance, accommodation from Lukla, 1 porter for two clients)  Your accommodation in the mountain(Normal but neat & clean on twin sharing basis) in the
    teahouse during the trek

     Rescue Arrangements for emergency evacuation (just in case if you have any problem in the
    mountain during your trek rescue help from our company but money paid by your insurance

    your personal expenses, equipment during your trek beyond I mentioned above in a price

     Any loss arising due to unforeseen circumstances is beyond Himalaya Hub Adventure.  Tips for field staff (Driver, Guide, porter)
    Note – Lukla is one of the most sensitive airports in the world, there are always chances of flight
    getting delayed or cancelled. Just in case, if it gets cancelled for a few days and if you got limited time,
    you can take a Helicopter ride to Lukla which cost you around 500$USD extra for one way each
    person but in that case Flight ticket money you will get a refund. We suggest you have a few days
    extra at the end to make sure this trip will not affect your international flight back home only if you
    have a tight schedule.
